Dr. Jerry Jacob is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas. Dr. Jacob graduated from The University of North Texas where he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and later went on to Texas Tech University Health Science Center, where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
Dr. Jacob has worked in several different clinical settings including outpatient orthopedics, acute care rehabilitation, and in-patient rehab.
